Recipe for Trainer Re-Certification

To maintain their certifications, Zingerman’s trainers are asked to complete these expectations over the course of a year:

  • Conduct the training a minimum number of times (usually 4-6).
  • Get a peer review from a fellow trainer (who provides written and verbal feedback).
  • Conduct a peer review for a fellow trainer (providing written and verbal feedback).
  • Attend the annual content review meeting with other trainers.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Zingerman’s approach to training by passing a short, written Bottom-Line Training test.
