To maintain their certifications, Zingerman’s trainers are asked to complete these expectations over the course of a year:
- Conduct the training a minimum number of times (usually 4-6).
- Get a peer review from a fellow trainer (who provides written and verbal feedback).
- Conduct a peer review for a fellow trainer (providing written and verbal feedback).
- Attend the annual content review meeting with other trainers.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Zingerman’s approach to training by passing a short, written Bottom-Line Training test.
