Custom Workshops
Want to send all your staff who need training to Ann Arbor? Like to train a whole department – or a whole store – at the same time? No problem! We can send our trainers to your location or we can schedule a private session for your staff here at Zingerman’s. If you’d like to have the workshop customized to include some of your company-specific materials, we can do that as well. In fact, we will happily modify any of ZingTrain’s standard seminars to provide you with an outstanding training workshop specifically focused on your organization’s needs.
In a typical situation, an organization will send 1-3 people to Ann Arbor to attend one of our standard seminars to get a feel for the session’s content and how it will work for their organization. Based on their feedback and the organization’s objectives, ZingTrain then develops a customized workshop (or workshops) to be offered either at Zingerman’s or at the client’s location. If the workshop is held here in Ann Arbor, we can accommodate groups of up to 25 people. Please call us to discuss your organization’s specific situation.

ZingTrain is looking for a few good clients!
Each year ZingTrain works with a select group of clients on more extensive customer service consulting projects. Although every project is designed to meet the client’s specific needs, we often help organizations define their vision of customer service, then develop and coordinate the roll-out of appropriate staff training. Since each of these projects lasts from several months to a year, we are careful not to over-commit our resources, so that each client gets the exceptional service they deserve.
