• Weekly staff huddles to review and forecast key numbers and to action plan accordingly
• White boards in high staff traffic areas (near time clock, in break room, in stairwell, by back door, etc.)
• Signs in staff restrooms
• Notices stapled to paychecks
• Pre-shift meetings (may be as short as 5 min)
• Email messages
• Intranet (we call ours the Zingtranet)
