Board the ZingTrain Customer Service Express!

Upcoming Dates:
- Wednesday, May 5th, 8 am to noon
- Wednesday, July 14th, 8 am to noon
Highly interactive and engaging, this 4-hour workshop provides an overview (or refresher) of Zingerman’s approach to customer service with plenty of opportunities for discussion and hands-on practice.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain Zingerman’s approach to customer service and how it can be adapted to work in their organizations.
- Use a variety of new tools and techniques, including role-plays, to supplement and reinforce existing customer service training for front-end staff.
- Call upon a network of peers to help get past roadblocks.
The focus of the session is on identifying the key elements that contribute to a culture of great service. We share our tools and techniques for customer service improvements, and class materials include examples from Zingerman’s internal staff training.
Our training facility is located in the heart of Zingerman’s Southside campus, just a stone’s throw away from the retail locations of Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman’s Creamery, and Zingerman’s Coffee Company. We don’t actually advocate throwing stones at them, but you can stop by to pick up lunch, a cappuccino, or a half pound of fresh cream cheese after the workshop!
The cost per person is $295, which includes a light breakfast and all course materials. Oh, and did we mention free parking?
