Simran Sethi has spent years exploring the psychological barriers to - and opportunities for - engagement. She has honed her techniques to where they have become the very foundation of the way she writes and the way she creates engagement.

    Simran Sethi is an author, educator and advocate dedicated to social and environmental change. She was named environmental messenger by Vanity Fair and an eco-hero of the planet by the UK's Independent.

    She is the author of Bread, Wine, Chocolate: The Slow Loss of Foods We Love (HarperOne, 2016) - named one of the best food books by the Smithsonian Institute in 2016.

    Simran is also the creator of the first global podcast to be dedicated to chocolate, The Slow Melt. She is an academic associate at the University of Melbourne's Sustainable Society Institute in Australia.
