At Zingerman’s we are passionate about listening to the voice of our customers, whether they’re telling us that they like what we’re doing, or giving us feedback on areas to improve. Since 2000, we’ve actively created systems to capture the invaluable information our customers are giving us and in this all-new interactive workshop, we’ll share our approach to customer service measurement.

You’ll have the chance to see the behind-the-scenes forms we use, hear how and when we decide to make changes based on customer feedback, review examples of those changes, and get practical tools and tips to help you take the customer service in your business to the next level!

LOCATION AND TIME :

Our training facility is located HERE - in the heart of Zingerman’s Southside campus, just a scone’s throw away from the retail locations of Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman’s Creamery, and Zingerman’s Coffee Company.  We don’t actually advocate throwing scones at them, but you can stop by to pick up lunch, a cappuccino, or a half pound of fresh cream cheese after the workshop!

Workshops run from 8 am to noon. We'll have coffee and coffeecake waiting for you from 7:30 am onwards.
