Our personalized training content is distilled from the lessons Zingerman’s has learned from being in business for over 40 years – customer service best practices, organizational systems and recipes, training tools, leadership techniques, and more!
We would happily work with you to create customized versions of our 2-day seminars and workshops just for your business or organization. We can even take it a step further and help you implement what you’ve learned from the trainings, based on what has worked for us and our other clients.
We recognize the power of learning as a team as well as the advantages of getting away from the office to do focused work and we’d love to work with you to develop personalized training at our location. Sometimes packing up the team and hitting the road isn’t possible, so let us come to you, or we can host your team virtually.

AT ZINGTRAIN
Bring your team to ZingTrain and see the principles taught in the classroom being played out in real life. In addition to great training, you’ll get a hearty dose of the Zingerman’s experience. We’ve built a fun, funky training space that was designed for classroom training, breakout sessions and building connections. Additionally, we would be happy to arrange dinner for your team at Zingerman’s Roadhouse, Deli, or Miss Kim, coordinate tours of the other Zingerman’s businesses, or explore the possibility of a special product tasting or other food related class.
AT YOUR LOCATION
We will happily come to your business or organization and train your team, however big it may be. Prior to the training, we’ll communicate with you in great depth to identify your specific goals and desired outcomes, and learn more about your team. The training we typically develop can range from 2 hours to 3 days and is effective for groups from 5 to 500. Rest assured that we do bring delicious Zingerman’s treats with us when we come to visit!

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The price of your personalized training will depend on a few variables, including whether you come to us or we come to you, the number of participants, any add-on tours, materials, etc.
Below you’ll find a pretty reliable estimate of you much you should expect to spend on your training:
AT ZINGTRAIN:
Half-day (4 hours): $4,500 – $7,500
Full-day (8 hours): $7,500 – $12,500
Two days (16 hours): $13,000 – $18,500
Some meals are included and vary depending on the length of your training, we look forward to speaking with you and sending a proposal based on your outcomes. Does not include dinner, hotel or transportation.
AT YOUR LOCATION:
Up to 4 hours: $3,500 – $5,500
Full-day: $6,000 – $7,500
Two days (16 hrs): $12,000-$15,000
Pricing varies by travel distance and number of attendees. Travel expenses for trainers not included in the above prices.
VIRTUAL TRAINING:
Up to 3 Hours: $3,750
4.5 Hour : $5,000
Cost for up to 75 participants. Planning more than one workshop? Ask us about our special pricing for a workshop series(3 or more workshops).
