Culture. It's a hot topic in the business world right now.

At Zingerman's, the way we've seen it for many years now, is that, hot or not, culture just is. It's the everyday reality of organizational life. Whether we like it or not, we're going to have ourselves an organizational culture. We're intentionally or unintentionally defining it every day - by the way we treat our customers, our products, our community, each other and even our selves.

If that's how it's going to be, we figured, it just makes sense to try to build the culture we want - with consideration and conscious intent.

So we came up with the Five Elements of Building an Organizational Culture. We've used our "recipe" to successfully build an organizational culture of great service. A culture of servant leadership and a culture of learning, teaching and sharing.

Now, we'd like to share it with you. Join us for this webinar with Maggie Bayless, founding partner of ZingTrain and Elnian Gilbert, ZingTrain trainer. Maggie has been a part of Zingerman's since before there was actually a Zingerman's. And she was at the table when we identified our recipe for creating an organizational culture. Elnian has lived the recipe and taught it to clients all over the country. We can't imagine a better duo to share this content with you. Can you?
