Arianna Téllez León

Trainer & Keynote Speaker
Bio

Expertise

Arianna has an extensive array of specialties, including Performance Management, Leadership, Visioning, Continuous Improvement, Customer Service, Employee Training, and Visual Management Systems. She draws on her breadth of experience at Zingerman’s every time she shares our approach to business, leading ZingTrain seminars and workshops, hosting webinars, and delivering customized training and keynotes for clients across the country. Ask Ariann about ZingTrain’s Event Task Board—a visual management system she designed that ties dozens of Standard Operating Procedures together.

Strengths & Style

Arianna is warm, welcoming, and approachable. Colleagues and clients alike appreciate her positive energy and soothing voice. Clients frequently come away from her training feeling invigorated and motivated to apply their learnings. She has a conversational speaking style and frequently incorporates personal examples from working in the organization.

Arianna embraces continuous learning and she’s driven to create a culture around business being a tool for good in the world. She is partial to learning by doing and especially enjoys having someone else around to bounce ideas off of. Her true passion is to empower people to do their best work by sharing systems and tools that will help them reach their goals—which enhances her ability to speak authentically and enthusiastically about the effectiveness of Zingerman’s Core Philosophies.

Experience

Arianna’s first introduction to the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses was as a food runner at Zingerman’s Delicatessen in 2012. She had only planned to work at the Deli for the summer, but the quality of training and on-the-job classes solidified her belief in Zingerman’s. Arianna transitioned to Front of House Supervisor and then in 2015, she became one of the first Staff Partners to join Zingerman’s Partners’ Group (the governing body of the organization). That same year, she transitioned to ZingTrain Events Concierge, a role that allowed her to create systems, hire, train, and develop the event support team to take the in-house training experience to a new level. In 2019, Arianna became a full-time trainer.

Internally, Arianna was on the workgroup that developed Zingerman’s Statement of Beliefs, she sits on the board of Zingerman’s IP LLC, and she’s taught the internal Art of Giving Great Service Class to Zingerman’s staff since 2013.
