Our Commitment to Safety

Information last updated July 13, 2021

We’re excited to welcome you back to ZingTrain and we can’t wait to train with you in person!

As restrictions and rules change, we will remain aware of these changes at ZingTrain to keep everyone safe.

Masks & Vaccinations

If you have been vaccinated

You are welcome to not wear a mask in our workshops/seminars. We will not ask for proof of vaccination, we’ll be going by the honor system, and appreciate your support and compliance for the benefit of our community.

If you are not vaccinated

We ask that you wear a mask. If you are vaccinated, and just prefer to wear a mask for other reasons, it is, of course, fine to do so. Likewise, trainers can choose not to wear a mask if vaccinated, but may also continue to wear a mask depending on their personal circumstances.  The ZingTrain staff are all fully vaccinated.

Social Distancing

We will be following the CDC guidelines on gathering and will be limiting the capacity of our seminars and workshops to 26 people – 24 participants + 2 trainers – so that participants will have more space.

Air Purification

Air Purification Systems have been installed on all HVAC units, which neutralize greater than 99.6% of airborne particles, viruses, and aerosols. Additionally, our training rooms are now equipped with IQAir Air Purifiers, which further assist with airborne particle removal.

Hand Sanitizer

We’ll have plenty available in multiple common areas within the building.

Food Safety & Sanitation

To ensure the safety of our guests and staff members, we continue to rigorously follow and exceed Food Safety Laws to ensure we have a clean and safe environment. We have heightened our protocol on all sanitation efforts, and will have ongoing education with our staff on the preventative measures being continuously updated by the CDC regarding food, food handling and safety.

For example:

  • Our staff members strictly follow food handling standards, from hand washing to glove usage.
  • We regularly sanitize all staff areas.
  • Meals are served in our lobby/common area, separate from the training room with plenty of space to spread out.

Further Questions?

We will update this page as CDC guidelines change and are updated.
