Elnian Gilbert


As a long-time ZingTrain trainer, Elnian Gilbert loves to share the concrete and repeatable steps Zingerman’s has taken to embed our Core Philosophies into the very DNA of the organization. Bringing her experience, passion, and humor to the stage makes Elnian not only effective but enjoyable to learn from.

Her notable keynotes include the Great Lakes Fruit & Vegetable Expo, American Booksellers Association, and the Virginia Farm to Table Conference. Elnian has served as facilitator of the Zingerman’s-wide Great Service Group to lead service initiatives through our Community of Businesses. She has also been a contributor to Lawn & Garden Retailer.

As a keynote speaker, Arianna Téllez-León draws on her breadth of experience at Zingerman’s – from the front lines to a manager to an appointed leader. Her passion is enabling people to do their best work and sharing systems that will help them reach their goals. All this enables her to speak very practically and enthusiastically about the effectiveness of Zingerman’s Core Philosophies.

Arianna continues her breadth of experiences by managing Zingerman’s internal customer service training and sitting on the board of Zingerman’s IP LLC.
